New Builds
We are immensely proud of our new build properties, working closely with clients and the project team to ensure all plans and documents are ready for the build to start. This involves working to discharge pre-commencement planning conditions and submitting all plans to building control and New Build Warranty provider.
We also work with architects and engineers to ensure plans for services are correct and sent over to service providers in time for site start, so that temporary supplies are set up and build can commence. We offer a bespoke service and have extensive experience in ensuring new builds are built with modern and sustainable features such as air source heating and underfloor heating.
